BEST PRACTICES

The health and safety of our guests, employees, and the communities we operate in, are of utmost importance.

To reduce the risks associated with Covid-19 transmission, and in accordance with input and guidance from various government agencies, we have developed a set of Best Practices.

These Best Practices include items relating to operational procedures, staff training, risk management, food/beverage services, accommodation, transportation, pre-trip information, and medical screening for guests and staff.

As the Covid-19 situation evolves, we will update these Best Practices. Guests will be provided with relevant information at the time of their reservation, and updated as needed before their arrival.

CANCELLATIONS ASSISTANCE.
