This option is popular with couples, families and even some solo travelers.
Any booking of of a regular trip with a full group automatically qualifies as a private buy-out of the lodge.
However, if you want to book the entire lodge for less than a full group, this private lodge buy-out option is for you.
Just like with our regularly packages, for private lodge buy-out we offer our guests a variety of all-inclusive (full service), self-catered, self-guided, and custom skiing and hiking packages.
The lodge staff and guide will be the same as for a full group – you won’t find this opportunity or value anywhere else!

Yes, it does cost more for our helicopters (@$3,300/hr) to take you that remote (a 35 minute flight, not the 5 to 10 minute flight of other lodges) and it does cost more per guest when there are only 6 to 8 guests at a time using the Lodge and expansive mountain area (not the other lodge groups of 15 or more) … but once you arrive at Mallard Mountain Lodge, and join in the unique experience we offer, you will know that the cost is worth it.

If you are interested in a date but need to check your schedule &/or your group before you Book, we will Pre-book Hold the date for you. There is no obligation to you. Using a Pre-Book Hold avoids the disappointment of coming back later to find the spaces taken.

Guest Registration
Once we have connected with you, and have your dates, package, and guest names, we will send you a Guest Registration email which contains your full itinerary, invoicing, Payment Methods, and everything you will need to put your vacation together.
